Taking Back Sunday/Anberlin & Partying It Up!

This week was such a fun week! I got to go to Salt Lake and go to the Taking Back Sunday/Anberlin concert! It was a BLAST! They were both so good live and great performers! I got to go with a few of my friends! The venue we went to was kinda small and the bands are big bands so the mosh pit was out of control! It was kind of scary too! But it was worth it! They played all the songs I wanted to hear!

This week was also my friend Lakyn's birthday! Happy birthday girl! She had a dance party and we did some country swing dancing just like I used to do in Logan! It was so much fun! I've missed dancing!

Allred... Yes, Once Again!

I guess you could say that Saturday was a pretty fun day for me! I went with my friends out to Salt Lake to see Allred again! He released his new cover cd! We had so much fun and the friends that I went with made the trip very worth while! Allred played at Spoon Me (which is an amazing place to get dessert) so it was a small show but perfect! Klin and I were able to get our shirts signed from the last concert we went to and guess what! Allred recognized us once again... This time is wasn't so embarrassing, it went really well actually haha! Fun, fun times!

I've had a fun few days! Last Saturday I went up to the lake and we took my friend's boat and guess what?? It overheated so what did we do? Sat in the middle of the lake for ohh 3 hours haha! But hey, I got a tan! 

Late Monday night one of my best friends from Logan came out to visit! I was so happy to see him! On Tuesday we got to hang out all day then we took a drive up to Flaming Gorge cause he had never been there! It was pretty fun actually. I haven't been up there in forever. We got to see the sunset too! We caught it just in time to get some good pics! The next day we went shooting! I love shooting! It is sooo much fun! I even hit 3 targets! That never happens!

What I've Been Up To

I went boating twice last week with a bunch of my friends! It's too early for boating you say?? No way! We had so much fun! It was pretty cold but worth it! I got to see cool tricks on the wakeboard and even some funny crashes haha! 

I babysat one of my favorite little girls, Ali! She is hilarious and kept me laughing all day! She asked if we could put my scarves and sunglasses on and take pics so that's exactly what we did! I had so much fun with her! I took her with me to a lady's house that had roosters and she even talked to them! It was hilariouls listening to here yell "cocka-doodle-doo"

I ate breakfast at Gandolfo's with my friend Klinny! It was fabulous! We have many memories at Gandolfo's cause both of our missionaries worked there together in high school! The breakfast there is yummy and I'm so glad Elder Harris knows how to make it!

For institute we went bowling! We all got random colored shoes haha! It was a lot of fun although I only bowled a 47 haha! I'm not good obviously. 

A couple other things from my week:

*And good news! I got a job! I have been searching for a job FOREVER now! It's not much, but it's a start! 

*My mom is leaving for Australia tomorrow to see with my sister and see the new baby! I'm gonna miss her sooo bad but I'm so excited for her and I am very jealous ;)!

Welcome No'a Keith Paea!

I'm an aunt again! Welcome No'a Keith Paea! I am so excited! He looks exactly like Kenyon did when he was born! He weighed 6 lb. 13 oz. and is 20 in. long! He is healthy! Looks like Kenyon is excited to be a big brother! I can't wait to meet No'a one day! 

Back in V-town

Ok so being back in Vernal hasn't been as bad as I thought it would be. I still can't get Logan off my mind though. I miss it so much and my friends! I had one of my friends call me tonight and it was the best thing ever! It really has been great being back in Vernal so I can catch up with friends who went to other colleges or still lived in Vernal. Luckily, I haven't been stuck doing noting and being bored (knock on wood). The first night I got home I got to spend time with my great friends Randall and Jake! The next night I hung out with them again and even went on a midnight hike! Man was that an adventure?? We had a lot of fun though! Today I went on a hike with Randall and Jason. We went to this place called Heaven and it's soooo pretty and has an awesome view. It's great! I really am grateful to be back in Vernal as much as I hate to admit it. I love getting to see my family every day and I know I've taken them for granted! And I will always be thankful for the great friends I have that keep me entertained- never a dull moment I guess! Good thing summer is here!

My Last week in Logan/ Moving

I officially moved home on Thursday this week. I'm not gonna lie, I'm kind of bummed. I already miss all my friends. My last week in Logan was a lot of fun! I took tons of pics with all my friends and even got pics of us swing dancing finally! The whole school year I didn't take one pic and we went every week. Man, I'm gonna miss it! I'm gonna miss all the new people I met too. I met some really great people and made some new friendships that I will never forget. Oh the memories! I guess friendships and memories are my favorite things about Logan now! I'm going to try to be optimistic about being in Vernal but I'm not so sure how well that will work out haha! Good ol' Vernal, just gotta love it!
